One of my favorite things about digital photography is flexibility. Throughout my time as a photographer, I've used digital photography to document memories, create artwork, and build confidence in others. Digital photographs can be altered to create wild interpretations of the world or untouched to reveal truth.

My first photography inspiration was Russian photographer Anastasia Volkova. I remember being in awe of her use of color and the soft glow of her portraits. During a period of time last year I was enamored by the way that Sam Elkins and Andrew Kearns combined landscape and portrait photography to create dreamy images. I watched Kearns' vlogs every day for about a month. Lately, In FramesJulia Madden Sears, and India Earl have impressed me with the way they capture raw emotion so beautifully. My most recent influence is photojournalist Jim Richardson, who combines the tool and art of photography seamlessly.

See what I've been working on!
